Purchase a puppy or dog:
To purchase a puppy or dog please fill out an application and turn it to me via email or snail mail.  If sending  by snail mail please call me or email me in advance.

Waiting List for upcoming litters:
To get on the waiting list for a upcoming litter you will need to complete an application return them to me.  Once the application is received you will be put on the waiting list in order by the date it was received.  Receipt of application entitles you the opportunity to purchase a puppy from us,  but is not guarantee you will get a puppy.  After litter is born a deposit of $250 is required to retain you place on the waiting list.  If no deposit is paid you will go to the bottom of the waiting list.   Deposits are non-refundable.  Puppies must be paid in full prior to delivery or flight or at the time of pickup.

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal, through our business account (Central Dog Supply). We also accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier's checks we will wait for them to clear the bank prior to sending the dog home.

Application required to purchase a puppy or dog:
I use the application to help you find the right puppy or young adult Aussie.  I try very hard to have a good assessment of my puppies or young adults.  I use the information you supply on your application to help you choose the right puppy or young adult that will best fit your life style. It is important for everyone’s success that the right puppy has the right personality, traits and temperament that you are looking for in an Aussie.  I reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy or young adult if I feel you or the puppy or young adult will not be happy and since the puppy or young adult can’t speak for it’s self I try to speak for the puppy or young adult.  Please understand that getting a puppy or young adult is a life time commitment and I want everyone to be happy.

Return Policy:
I know things happen and sometimes you need to relinquish your puppy, young adult or adult Aussie and I expect to be the first person you contact.  I reserve the right to have the dog returned to me if I feel that it will be the best thing for the Aussie.  I will never refuse one of my Aussies a safe home.

If a puppy is return by 16 weeks of age a full refund will be paid.  After 16 weeks of age it is based on the amount paid for the Aussie and the amount needed to find a new home for the Aussie.  I do my best to be as fair as I can in refunding as much as possible to the previous owners.  Any health or genetic issues are reviewed and I will do my best be fair and help by giving you a refund or another Aussie.  I have never had a health or genetic issues and that is one reason I breed this bloodline.

Health Guarantee:
The addition of a healthy Australian Shepherd will bring you years of joy and companionship.  We feel breeders should raise and sell their puppies under a guarantee.  We will stand behind each puppy we place with the following:

The puppy you purchase from us is guaranteed to be healthy at time of placement; and is warranted for an additional ten days.  The puppy will be current on vaccinations and de-worming.  It is your responsibility to keep up on the puppy’s vaccinations, per your veterinarian’s guidance.  If the puppy should contact any sickness, resulting from parvovirus, distemper, rabies, hepatitis or par influenza within the ten-day period, we must be contacted immediately.  If the puppy should die of any of these sicknesses within the ten-day warranty period, we must be notified at once; and a replacement puppy will be provided from the next available litter.  It will be the buyer’s responsibility to provide a written statement as to the cause of death. 

We also guarantees against any heredity or congenital disorder that may interfere with the puppy’s ability to lead a normal life.  This is a  27 month guarantee, which covers genetic disorders, such as heart murmurs, skeletal abnormalities, epilepsy, eye disorders, or hip dysplasia.  A veterinary statement will be required from the date of diagnosis as to the nature of the problem.  A replacement puppy from the next available litter will be given. 

If a puppy is purchased for breeding, show or trialing, the males will have both testicles descended and normal at six months of age.  The females and males bite shall also be correct at six months of age. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility for veterinarian costs after the date of placement.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All puppies can easily be shipped by air to over 250 major airports within the continental U.S., weather permitting. The cost of shipping is not included in the original price of the puppy. Most flight cost around $200 from Kansas City International and the cost of the crate and any additional health certificates or veterinary expenses will be in addition to the cost of the puppy.  Arrangements for pickup or flying must be made by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age. If needed, we will hold puppies for customers until they are 10 weeks old; after that time, there will be a boarding fee charged, plus any additional medical expenses incurred.

Please note.... All of our dogs are registered both ASCA and/or AKC.  The parents have all had their hips and eyes checked clear. We breed for quality Aussies that are sound in mind and body. All puppies are sold with limited registration, spay/neuter contracts, special provisions to this contract  and limited registration on a individual dog/buyer basis.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
